Background
More than 5 years accountant experience in MNC,
Hands on experience on revenue
2 years supervisor experience
Purpose of this position
Lead AR & Revenue team and continuous improve efficient of revenue cycle, indentify problems or weak area, drive information much more transparent and understandable
Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for contract checking and credit control process
Overall responsible for Revenue accounting
Overall responsible for AR booking/review
Follow up contract status and make sure all billing recorded and closed timely.
Responsible for invoice process. Manage auto invoice system
Prepare AR tracking, analysis and take subsequent actions
Responsible for SF revenue part, Participate SF modification
Drive to merge billing from Excel to Sale fore
Coordinate with Operation team on revenue part, Sales on process improvement
Coordinate with Sale team, actively participate Monthly AR meeting with Sales/operation
Handle tax issue related to invoice
Follow up and initiate subsequent action for bad debts or AR due items
Other assignment from direct supervisor
Essential Knowledge/Experience
MNC's working experience is preferred
Willing to communicate with other team
Supervisor experience is required
Knowledge of accounting treatment and basic taxation
Qualifications
Financial & Accounting background, Bachelor degree
Good at Excel
Basic English is required
ERP experience is preferred, but not necessary
Familiar with PRC GAAP
