工作职责：
负责前台接待工作，协助完成相关行政事务；
1、公司总机电话转接，接待来访客户，负责重要来访客人的引导等服务；
2、接收、发送公司传真、信件、快递，订机票，订房，订餐等；
3、负责办公用品采购、入库、领用，月报管理；
4、负责公司会议室使用、登记、管理，礼品等的入库发放，固定资产管理；
5、协助考勤统计工作，培训资料汇总；
6、完成上级领导交付的其他工作。
职位需求：
1、20~25岁，大专以上学历，一年以上相关工作经验；
2、形象气质佳，仪表端庄，谈吐大方、亲切，待人接物得体；
3、熟练操作办公软件，打字速度快；
4、熟练使用各类办公设备（如传真机、扫描仪等）；
5、有良好的服务意识，能有效合理安排工作，工作效率高，协调能力强，责任心强，并具有良好的团队协作精神；
6、顾全大局，工作踏实、勤奋、性格开朗、善于交流、能承受一定的工作压力；
7、简历中请附近期证件照或生活照。
