工作职责：
1. 负责公司与店铺的电脑、服务器、网络设备、办公设备的安装、维护和故障处理；
2. 负责对公司网络服务和服务器的日常管理和维护；负责店铺各类系统的管理与维护；
3.负责信息安全方面的日常管理工作，计算机病毒防护、防火墙等部署与维护；
4. 支持公司的相关业务系统的日常运维；
5.维护应用系统数据库以及相应的性能优化工作；
6.负责相应的程序开发工作；
7. 参与并支持相应的项目；
8.完成领导交办的其他工作；

任职资格：
1．大专及以上学历，计算机或信息相关专业毕业；
2．具有一年以上企业信息化工作经验；
3．熟悉路由器、交换机等网络产品的配置维护管理；
4.精通Windows、Linux系统，熟练搭建各类应用服务器，独立完成对应用服务器的配置及调试；
5. 熟悉数据库操作,掌握一到两种主流数据库的维护与优化。能用SQL语句进行基本操作；
6.熟悉常用软件开发方法，掌握一到两种主流开发工具和语言；
7.具有一定的IT项目管理知识和技能；
8.大学英语4级或以上水平，熟练英文口语沟通能力；
9.具有良好的沟通和协作能力，良好的独立性、计划性，善于安排优先次序的工作能力；
10.具有应付多重任务和能力，并可根据工作需要迅速调整或改变的能力；
11.有敬业精神，责任心强，能吃苦耐劳，工作积极主动, 性格沉稳、适应性强, 具有良好的服务意识,有良好的交流能力和团队合作精神；
12.持有MCP/MCITP、CCNA或H3CNA等相关资格证者优先；
13. 熟悉零售店铺各类操作系统的优先；
14. 有外资工作经验优先；

Job Duty：
1. Responsible for setting up, maintaining, trouble-shooting and resolving PC, server, network and OA devices for office and stores.
2. Responsible for daily operation and application support for office and store.
3. Responsible for daily checkup and maintenance on information security including virus protection, firewall setting and related tasks.
4. Support company’s business applications to ensure smooth daily operation.
5. Maintain and support application databases including monitoring, trouble-shooting and performance tuning.
6. Responsible for assigned coding developing works.
7. Support assigned projects.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Qualifications：
1. College or above degree in computer science or related major.
2. Over one year working experience.
3. Be familiar with router, switch and other network devices’ configuration and maintenance.
4. Has rich experience in Windows、Linux system setting and is able to configure application servers independently.
5. Be familiar with database and master one or two mainstream databases in maintenance and performance tuning. Be able to use SQL statements.
6.Be familiar with common software development methodologies and master one or two software development frameworks.
7.Has basic IT project management knowledge and skills.
8. College English Level 4 or above with fluent speaking English skill.
9. Has good communication and facilitation skills, independent, well planning and prioritizing skills.
10.Be able to handle multiple tasks and has short learning curves of new skills required.
11.Be responsible, diligent, proactive, firm mind and service oriented. Be a quick learner and hasgood communication skills and good team work attitude.
12.MCP/MCITP, CCNA or H3CNA holder is a plus.
13. Retail working experience is a plus.
14. Foreign-own company working experience is a plus.
