Job Purpose:
To direct and implement strategic policies, administrative procedures and human resource program to North Asia Region for overall operations in respect of human resources, employee training and development, travel management and office administration.

The Job:
To direct, maintain and implement strategic regional policies & procedures in general administration and human resources management in Asia Region.
To implement regional travel administration & its operations in accordance with policies laid down by corporate & regional management.
To monitor and review the effectiveness of office administration systems in North Asia Region and work with branches to ensure compliance with Corporate and Regional policies, as well as local legislations.
To collaborate with CHQ legal Department and local attorney to solve employee dispute affairs.
To conduct necessary research on the labor market trend and development and give advice on the development of compensation and benefits program in the region so as to maintain our competitiveness to attract and retain high quality workforce.
To maintain liaise with CHQ and Asia Branches in office administration matters.
To support geo leaders/RVPs on rolling out and implementing Regional and Branch Management Trainee program.
To support change management by effective communication by oral and written.

The Qualifications:
University graduate with minimum 12 years’ experience in general administration and human resources management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience/knowledge on labor regulations will be highly preferred.
