职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Bring in expertise to support Tissue Business in terms of sound practices
-Develop and rollout robust business control systems and support the Management of Mills, Sales &Marketing and control departments to implement these
-Monitor the Budgeting exercise and performance reviews and advise respective mills, Sales & Marketing, other functions to improve performance
-CAPEX review and give inputs to the management on CAPEX optimization
-Regular communication with Mills, Sales & Marketing regarding control functions
-Support Mills, S&M to achieve their goals – short term as well as long term
-Develop systems for working capital management like inventory, spares, finished goods, receivables etc. and regular review
Qualification:
-Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Strategy
-At least 5 years’ experience in a multinational company with FMCG industry
-Effective in combining conceptual thinking with sound business judgment to identify/analyze business issues and develop business plan
-Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with extensive hands-on experience
-Direct, proactive, clear verbal/written communicator – up/down/lateral
-Build skilled and efficient business control teams in Head qtr, S&M and Mills
-Provide training and guidance to staff in Control function
-Support Mills Management and other Functions to learn good business control practices
-Bring in professional working environment to build confidence in this function
-Self-motivated, disciplined and hard working
