职位描述
一、 主要岗位职责Main position description
1、 负责完成国外PPAP报告样件。PPAP Engineer depends on IE dept. The main responsibility is finishing PPAP reports of foreign samples.
2、 CAMDS 系统维护；Maintenance CAMDS system.
3、 IMDS 系统维护；Maintenance IMDS system.
4、 ERP系统维护；Maintenance ERP system.
5、 BOM系统维护；Maintenance BOM system
6、 Test-Plan.
二、 基本素质要求Base requirement
1、 26-45岁，大专（含）以上学历，英语四级（含）以上；>26 years old, college and above, above CET-4.
2、 从事PPAP项目 2年以上，熟悉PFMEA、SPC；more than 2 years。Working experiences in APQP, familiar with PFMEA，SPC.
3、 熟悉机械知识，从事机械设计工作≥2年,会使用AUTOCAD软件；familiar with mechanical knowledge, Engaged in mechanical design more than two years, who can use AUTOCAD,UG etc software.
三、 能力要求Capacity requirements
1、 良好理解能力；good understanding skill.
2、 对突发事件应具有良好的应变能力，例外事项中能够做到第一时间汇报及请示处理；good adaptability to incidents, the first time to report and referral how to treat in the process of dealing with emergency quality.
3、 良好的语言表达能力，能够完整、清晰地表达自己的想法；Good language skill, who can complete and clearly express their own thoughts.
4、 与人沟通、协作能力强，具有融入团队的意愿，团结他人；Skills of communication with people, collaboration are strong, integrating team will, consociating others.
