Purpose of the Position 职位目标

Assist Customer Relation Director to build up company quality and control management system. Manage and carry forward the daily QA/QC execution efficiently.
协助客户关系总监建立公司质量控制和管理体系，有效推进日常业务流程等执行的质量监控。

Scope 责任

Quality Assurance & Control Manager reports directly to Customer Relation Director. 质量控制经理直接向客户关系总监汇报工作。

Responsibilities 主要工作内容

？ 对客户关系部的各项流程及项目进行总体的质量控制与协调推进,并承担相应管理职责
？ 负责指定项目的系统需求和操作流程编写，以及对流程关键步骤，重要作业环节，测试方案等进行质量控制，确保流程可行、需求内容全面和测试计划完整等
？ 定期进行流程审核及过程审核，对质量监控数据做好统计，并对质量问题改善状况做好跟进
？ 全面监控运营和客服团队的运维和服务质量，确保各项服务质量达标。
Education, knowledge, competences, and attributes

Education: College or above degree
Language: Good written and spoken skills in both English and Chinese languages.
Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email at a highly proficient level
Business Competences:
？ 5+ Years job related experience strongly desired.
？ Proven experience managing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control for the process and documentation.
？ Experience in performing quality audit process.
？ Process good knowledge of project management.
？ Good interpersonal, leadership and analytical skills.
？ Self-motivated with energy and drive to deliver effective outcomes.

Working Conditions

The QA/QC manager is located in a busy office where he/she spends long time using computers and other office equipment. He/she is faced with interruptions and must meet with colleagues, clients, partners, or suppliers on a regular basis. He/she must work with intense concentration and meet several deadlines in a regular basis.
Occasional domestic traveling may be required.
