POSITION: REGIONAL ADMIN COORDINATOR SUPPLY CHAIN

SUPPLIER’S DATABASE MANAGEMENT, COMPLIANCE AND SUSTAINABILITY

PROFILE:

Highly motivated self-starter, very organized, planner, constant and capable of multi-tasking.

Good manner for communications.

Fast acting for Problem Solving.

Be able to work under pressure.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Interfacing with Headquarters and Sourcing Offices during the process of sourcing and supplier’s park in origins. (China and South East Asia Countries)

· Establishing, implementing, maintaining and managing the protocols, SOPs , guidelines and instructions from HQs to Vendors.

· Follow up all protocols regarding Compliance and Sustainability according to Company Standards and Principles.

· Maintain Supplier’s Park. Proceed with Audits and follow up supplier’s commitments.

· Periodically reports to managers supplier’s and factory’s performance and issue KPI’s.

· Diagnose, propose solutions and corrective actions

· Duly follow up and solve daily incidents , doubts from merchandising teams and vendors.

Skills, Experience & Capability

· Previous experience in the retail Industry .

· At least 1 year experience in Trading office.

· At least 1 year experience in Auditing, Compliance and factories management.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Capacity to become integrated and to cooperate with the others within the team or a project

· Fluent in English is a MUST (oral & written)

· Mastering Reporting tools (Excel, Word, PP, etc...)

· Spanish speaker is a plus

· Willing to learn, Self-learning.

· Drive, Analysis & Organization,

· Capacity to be effective in the organization of its own activity, Scheduling and follow an Agenda

Requirements:

· Start time: immediate

· Working time: from 9am to 6pm- Monday to Friday.
