The Asia Reporting Speicialist ensures all the management reporting cycles (Monthly closing, Forecast, Budget, PMT) are completed on time and on quality, through understanding and execution of the related policy and procedures. On top of the technical expertise such as financial consolidation and accounting, he/she must mobilize well his/her sense of team work and business to add efficiency and value to the reporting tasks. The Asia reporting specialist is also a key contributor of the continuous improvement of the reporting work from both system and process standpoints.
1. Responsible of execution of all management reporting cycles (Monthly closng, Forecast, Budget, PMT) per Group and Asia procedures, making sure time schedules, content requirement, data consistency are well respected.
2. For each reporting cycle, produce Asia consolidated results on finance and non finance indicators using available tools
3. Analyze at Asia level the consolidated results (P&L, BS, Cashflow, HR, Quality and industrial KPI) with support of related functions and provide adequate business comments
4. Combine data, analyses and comments and prepare the Asia management reports in standard and required formats for each reporting cycle
5. Responsible of managing systems and data bases for the Asia management reporting on a daily basis and contribute to the development and improvement of the systems.
6. Implement the Asia reporting procedures, work with various partners (Group, Asia, Entities) to continously improve value and efficiency of the reporting. Making sure requests and concerns from Group and entities are smoothly communicated and properly managed through standardization.
7. Propose solutions to change management when it happens in the area of consolidation and reporting, take active part in its realization
8. Perform ad hoc financial and business analyses when required
9. Occasionally involved in broader Finance and IT projects and support these activities with the acquired knowledge in the reporting area.
