{行政工作内容}

1.接待/引导访客、应答/转接来电、收发快递/信件；

2.办公用品/饮用水/日用品的采购/保管；

3.维护办公环境的整洁；

4.记录/汇报每月员工出勤明细；

5.办理外籍同事在华居留许可证等相关事宜；

6.中英文资料翻译工作（书面/口译）；

7.领导交办的其他事宜；

{人事工作内容}

1.筛选简历、预约面试、初试；

2.向新进员工介绍公司状况/规章制度；

3.准备并跟进新/老员工劳动合同的签订事宜；

4.办理员工入职/离职手续；

5.办理员工的社保、公积金；

任职资格：

1.本科及以上学历，2年以上相同岗位工作经验；

2.喜爱设计行业，有建筑/室内设计公司任职经验者优先考虑；

3.具有良好的英文听说读写水平和沟通应变能力；

4.具有良好的职业道德和团队精神，为人正直谨慎，工作高效勤奋、认真负责；

5.熟练操作各种办公软件。
