5负责向酒店的在线合作伙伴收集报告，分析并呈遞酒店管理层。
6与市场销售部及酒店其他部门合作，维护并发展酒店数据库。
7管理酒店在社交网站上的内容。
8监督，回复，并管理内容涉及酒店的在线评论,并及时向管理层汇报。
9维护酒店及品牌形象。
