Department: Sales & Customer Support Department

Responsibilities:

- Fully understand SEC’s capability and operation, develop sales strategy to achieve 3^rd party sales and EBIT targets according to company’s strategy/policy and market environment.

- Proactively and clearly understand market needs and trend, finding new customers and developing new market,

- Build successful relationships with existing 3^rd party customers, search long term business opportunity with them.

- Attend Engine Shop Visit bidding, quotation, contract negotiation

- For 3^rd party customer, communicate effectively with the customer on engine work scope during bidding and before engine induction, warranty and invoice matters after engine delivery, to ensure company fully understand and compliant it.

- Initiate 3^rd party engine input kick-off meeting with Engineering, Quality, Material and operation department;

- Together with Customer Support Manager, provide a direct link to 3^rd party customer for technical and commercial requirements;

- Ensure 3^rd party customer satisfaction is achieved through effective communication and team work with other departments inside company

- Coordinate with PW sales network.

- Take lead of collection for 3rd party customer,

- Comply with EH&S, Code of Ethics, Export control policies and applicable regulatory requirements;

- Weekly/monthly/yearly Sales report

- Other task assigned by Sales & Customer Support Department Manager

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above,

- 10+ years work experience in aerospace, a 5+ years of Sales/Customer Support experience with demonstrated successful performance is must, aircraft engine background is preferred,

- Sharp business sense, with strong technical knowledge in engine is better,

- Enjoy challenge, eager to solve problems, flexible to change, insistence, result oriented.

- Working under pressure / Self-motivation

- Good team spirit,

- Project Management capability / Time management

- Excellent communication and presentation skill, influent power with aviation resources is preferred.

- Efficient, confident, open, logic-minded, energetic and patient,

- Fluent oral and written English,

- Frequent business travel.

上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司(Shanghai Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engine Maintenance Co., Ltd. )

　　上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司由中国东方航空公司与美国联合技术公司旗下的普惠公司合资，于2007年11月6日正式成立，并于2009年9月正式开始生产。合资公司已取得中国CAAC维修执照、美国FAA维修执照。

　　合资公司设立在上海青浦出口加工区内，是华东地区一家飞机发动机维修服务中心，主要维修CFM56-5B、CFM56-3、CFM56-7型发动机，并逐步扩展到其他型号发动机。经营范围具体着眼于发动机及其相关零部件的MRO服务的开发与提供，包括发动机的进厂、拆散、技术检查、零部件及维修的外包与采购、组装、大修后的发动机的测试和交付，以及与之相关的所有规范工程、数据管理和行政管理等。合资公司将立足于中国东方航空公司在役发动机的修理，同时积极拓展中国国内和亚太地区的第三方发动机修理市场。

　　公司目前拥有150名左右正式员工和75名学徒工人，其中工程师和技师都有着丰富的发动机修理经验。公司组织架构分为工程、生产、质量、物料、设备、财务、人事等部门。设施全面投产后，每年将大修300台发动机，拥有大约600-800名员工。

　　合资公司将成为亚太地区提供发动机MRO服务的普惠“优秀中心”， 一个从事CFM56高压压缩机叶片维修（“HPC”）的“优秀中心”。
