职位描述
1.Acts as the single point of contact with the airline and should be available on call to respond to customer phone calls, and e-mails. Ensures compliance with all customer and airline service requirements by maintaining performance on customers as specified in the contract and keeping airline specification up-to-date within the unit.
2.Responsible for developing and maintaining a good, professional working relationship with both customer and operations, establishing a clear line of communication at all levels.
3.Maintains prompt and effective communications with customers and operations staff to resolve issues.
4.Monitors unit performance and takes a proactive position in ensuring that quality service standards, unit hygiene, HACCP, billing accuracy, and inventories are maintained at the highest level Serves as the primary contact for all day to day operational communications with the customer as assigned with the ability to develop business relationships which allow for root cause issue resolution.
5.Must work with the Chefs and the Business Support Team to ensure proper menu specifications and directions are followed.
6.Ensures all inventories for equipment and bonded material meet customer requirements.Responds to airline comments or complaints in a timely and quality manner with a 48 hour period from the time the comment/complaint was received.
7.Champions improvement initiatives on behalf of the customer. Works with colleagues to identify and implement best practices. Develops excellent business relationships with all customer contacts and identify opportunities to grow gategroup business Helps initiate standard operating procedures to ensure customer deliverables standards are met.
8.Coordinates the tender process ensuring timelines are met and all information is promulgated to the respective departments Final tender submission review.
9.Pricing reviews- ensuring that prices are competitive and contribute to the profitability of the unit, whilst focusing on improving yields Ensures proper pricing methods are introduced, and that all prices are subject to the proper approvals prior to submission.
10.Market Research and Market Intelligence. Supports the Budget Process Supports continuous improvement process of the unit Leads and directs Unit Sales & Marketing Team to ensure duties and responsibilities are met.

14.Implementation of "New" Front office roles-"Understanding the customers' needs and being proactive'
