We are looking for:
Art Director/Senior Art Director

职位描述：
1、作为主设计，专业负责业务部门项目相关的创意发想、主视觉及其延展设计；
2、与文案密切配合完成创意表现；
3、向客户部建议合理的设计周期；
4、对设计制作环节进行质量监控。

职位要求：
1、工作经历：有大型广告公司国际高端产品视觉设计工作经验。
2、个人资质：有5年以上广告视觉设计经历。
3、专业要求：美术专业背景，较强的方案能力，视觉传达表现出色，具广告创意设计丰富的运作经验。
4、知识与技能：创意独特，执行出色，效率超群，熟悉线上及线下公关活动操作流程，能独立完成视觉设计创作及提案。
5、素质要求：专业美术素养、学习思考能力、沟通协调能力，具有高度的工作热情和责任感。
