1.Secure that VCC: s joining demands are followed in the new project. JQAP follow up.
2.Specify and approve the technical solutions / equipment in Body shop.
3.Support other ME engineers and IE/ Mfg with 3rd line analysis and deep knowledge regarding joining issues
4.Resolve the equipment problems in production line, guarantee it's normally operation.
5.Sum up the problem, cause and the resolve solution during the operation of automation equipments, accumulate technical experience and upgrade the ability and competence of the whole team for problem solving.
6.Coordinate the production line operation and increase the equipments operation rate.
7.Performs Equipment FMEA.
8.Performs safety-, reliability- and cost analysis.
9.Fulfilling other task assigned by superior.
10.Follows the decided working methods such as GPDS and applicable BMS routines and E-card.
11.Responsible for equipment drawing, management of data maintenance manual

Qualification:
More than 6 years working experience of joining technology and body manufacturing work from internationally JV company.

1.Education and experience from BiW ME work with focus on joining technology.
2.Familiar with industrial automation working principle, master the hydraulic, circuit and pneumatic principle diagram and can resolve the problem occurred in welding automation line according to the principle diagram.
3.Master the principle of robot and PLC and can analyze and resolve the problems occurred in the automation line effectively, familiar with the simulation tools of VOLVO system.
4.With working experience of maintenance and management for large automatic welding production line in whole automobile factory.
5.Accompany manufacturing and resolve the problems occurred during production in time, guarantee normal operating of production line
6.Complete the equipment inspection and maintenance, compile and implement equipment management document and so on.
7.Obedient to superior, fulfilling other tasks assigned by superior.
8.Proficient in Office AUTO CAD , with certain ability in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
