Relevant Experience :

* More than 12 years of work experience in reputed companies & Minimum 2-3 years to have been worked in a similar position
* Vast knowledge of fabric marketing & sourcing
* Handling various International customers,
* Travelled overseas countries like USA, Europe, etc.

* Hands-on experience in Planning,
* Hands-on experience in Budgetory Control Systems (BCS) & Management Control System (MCS)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Good in Negotiation skills, Team Management Skills and Ability to act as a Team Player, Hands-on experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)



Key Responsibilites :

* Marketing- Continuously growing business volume, increasing no. of customers,
* Travel to different countries to meet customers in order to get orders,
* Align sourcing of fabric and trims with the team,
* Co-ordinate shipping of goods with team,
* Co-ordinate with Finance team to arrange to receive payment from customers and make payment to vendors
* Arrange showroom with updated collection of fabric/trims seasonwise & also, present collection/capability to customers,
* Prepare budget
* Maintain good relationship with customers and suppliers,
* Interview team members
* Should able to promptly report as per the pre-determined frequencies and formats.
