Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a direct point of contact for customers
- Provide information in response to inquiries about testing
- Handle and resolve complaints from customers
- Help sales to deal with customer requirements once contact is signed
- Follow up testing progress and make sure the target time required by customer
- Keep customer informed if any failure happens during test
- Interact with customer and engineering department to solve any difficult issues
- To be guider to help customer make decision which would best suit their needs
- Receive samples and check status before testing
- Return samples and send report to customer once project is closed


Job description
- Check signed contract, quote build details and open project checklist to make sure the items listed are correct and open project
- Record all project in database and update regularly to have a clear idea about the project status
- Tracing sample status before testing and check samples once sample arrived
- Communicate customer to match samples correctly and keep PE informed
- Follow up project status tightly and timely to know where the project goes
- Call and send notice to customer if any failure happens or emergency happens
- Check report and invoice before sending these documents
- Return samples to customer by their request
- Participate technical meetings and help give some solutions if any
- Negotiate with customer and PE to make customer request satisfied
- Good advisor for some process improvement
- Uploaded quotations, orders in the new system
- Identify and follow up customer enquiry, and ensure that they have been informed our services and satisfied or route them to the responsible functions
- Handle customer complains in a gentle way and always keep customer satisfied
