职务名称：Manufacturing Engineer-某欧美汽车零部件公司
工作地点: 常州

我们的客户是世界汽车动力系统及配件制造领域的领导者，其产品设计、制造水平卓越。目前其在加拿大，英国，美国，中国，土耳其，德国和法国等国建有生产基地。

职位描述:
1. Responsible for technical feasibility for new part and running change.
2. Responsible for managing line and machine capacity.
3. Responsible for technical supporting serial production.
4. Responsible for equipment layout and material steam optimization.
5. Responsible for stations time study, balance and eliminate wastes which impact station cycle time to increase equipment capacity.
6. Responsible for the preparation of all relevant documentation to meet product and process specifications.
7. Responsible for set and update station operation job elements and standard work instruction.
8. Manage programs of homemade or outsourcing equipment to catch time line and SOR requirement.
9. Responsible for preventative and corrective error proof system.
10. Managing task assignment and organizing work plan for the process team.
11. Responsible for fixture design team and release new tooling in production. Assembly line PLC (via maintenance) and CT optimization.
12. Responsible for tool management system for serial production and new products.
13. Work in compliance with company Quality Systems.
14. Work in compliance with company Safety Systems.
15. Work in compliance with company Environmental Systems.

任职条件：
1. Requires a degree in mechanical engineering, minimum 7 years’ experience in manufacturing, product design or quality in an automotive OEM supplier.
2. Must possess basic design skills including deep knowledge of manufacturing methods and capabilities.
3. Good knowledge of SPC, FMEA, MSA.
4. Experience of Lean improvement.
5. Good knowledge of pneumatic and PLC.
6. Must have a sound knowledge of statistics.
7. Must be capable of leading problem solving activities.
8. Good written and oral communication skills.
9. Must possess management and leadership skills.
