Our customer is a U.S company, the world’s premier provider of standard-setting systems and device components for parenterally administered medicines. It is building new plants in Shanghai Qingpu Industrial Zone.



Job Responsibilities/Objectives

2.1 Conduct sales business plan and budget for assigned territories regular report and update on competitor activities and local manufacturers strengths and weaknesses

2.2 Identify new business opportunities with West China

2.3 Work with team on Sales & Technical seminars to the industry

2.4 Manage and coordinate the assigned territory distributor

2.5 Lead and assist customer services in ensuring high level of service and response time with monthly review of samples and quotation follow-up

2.6 Quality:
The job holder is aware of her special responsibility for quality and conducts his/her activities in accordance with the Company quality policy at all times.

2.6.1 Ensure results are documented in accordance to cGMP and procedure.

2.7 SOP:
Be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this

2.8 Safety:
Be aware of his/her special responsibility towards health and safety in accordance
with the company’s safety policy at all times;

2.8.1 Work safely by not causing unsafe conditions or doing unsafe acts

2.9 Lean:
Support and contribute actively in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target.

2.9.1 Ensure that 5S in working area is maintained.

2.9.2 Simplify processes and improvements after approval from Department Manager; reduce printing or photocopying; use recycle papers where possible.

3.2 Willing to travel 60% +

3.3 Team player, work independently, self-motivated and good communication skills

4. Skills, Knowledge & Experience – Professional, Technical
4.1 English/Mandarin capability

4.2 Degree in Chemical engineering/Pharmacy/Business or related discipline

4.3 3-5 years experience in sales/marketing environment

4.4 Knowledge of local pharmaceutical industry, some manufacturing experience would be an advantage
