主要职责：

1. 负责公司项目的前期策划、筹备及现场执行工作。
2. 负责项目前期场地勘察、供应商询价、谈判及质量把控，以及活动现场搭建、流程把控、后勤支持等项目运营工作。
3. 维护与现有AV、灯光及搭建制作供应商的关系，以此满足多样化的客户标准。
4. 开发新的合格的供应商资源，以此满足日益增长的制作需要和挑战。
5. 负责与供应商的日常交流和谈判，使客户和公司的商业利益均最大化。
6. 与客户服务团队和创意团队紧密合作，保证整体项目运营工作在预算范围内按照计划保质实施。
7. 统筹管理公司指定项目运营团队，确保公司项目整体实施效果。

岗位要求：

1. 3年以上的活动制作和项目管理相关经验，熟悉活动策划和管理流程。具有汽车或时尚相关产业活动背景者优先。
2. 服务意识强、工作责任心强、能承受较强的工作压力。
3. 具有印刷、制作材料、活动搭建、AV/灯光等相关知识。
4. 具有出色的与不同供应商的沟通和谈判技能。
5. 对新的制作技术和材料等能保持积极学习的态度。
6. 具备以结果为导向的优秀团队协作能力和良好的沟通能力。
7. 计算机水平良好,能熟练运用办公软件，会Photoshop、Illustrator及 AutoCAD软件者尤佳。
8. 美术类相关专业，获得学士学位 ，良好的中英文沟通能力。

Typical responsibilities：

1. Responsible for pre-event planning, preparations and on-site implementation.
2. Responsible for pre-event venue survey, third-party supplier sourcing, negotiation and quality control, as well as on-site venue set-up, logistics and program management when necessary.
3. Manage daily relationships with company’s current AV/lighting and fabrication suppliers to meet diversified client needs and requirements.
4. Develop new and qualified supplier resources to meet possible event production challenges.
5. Responsible for daily communication and negotiation with suppliers to ensure maximum benefits both for clients and the company.
6. Seamless team work with account service and creative team to ensure smooth event operations and good deliveries on quality and within budget.
7. Overall management event operational work for assigned projects to ensure smooth and quality implementation.

Skills/experience required:

1. 3+ years of event production and management experience. Familiar with event planning and implementation processes. Automotive or fashion/lifestyle industry background preferred.
2. Strong sense of account service and ownership. Be capable of working under pressure.
3. Good knowledge of printing, fabrication, event production, AV/lighting…etc.
4. Good communication and negotiation skills with different suppliers.
5. Quick learning skills and attitude to new production technologies and materials.
6. Result-oriented, good inter-personal communication skills, good team player.
7. Good computer skills. Familiar with Office software. Skill of Photoshop, Illustrator or AutoCAD is a plus.
8. Bachelor degree. Design/art related background. Good language skills both in Mandarin and English.
