Responsibilities:


Supporting existing and new customers in Great China region
Identifying new customer applications and matching them with Cosemi offering
Maintaining and achieving higher level of customer satisfaction
Assisting sales to meet or exceed sales quota, through hands-on technical expertise of photo detectors and optical sub-assemblies
Understanding customer's problems, recommending solutions to meet their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Possessing deep product, technology, and market knowledge related to applications in the optical telecommunications industry
Remaining knowledgeable of competitive offerings and able to identify and articulate unique Cosemi solution strengths
Acting as the customer voice inside of Cosemi to influence future product direction so as to meet customer needs
Traveling as needed

Requirements:

BS or higher in EE or Physics
Hands-on experience in optical devices, components, and sub-assemblies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Fluent in writing and reading English, speaking is a big plus
