Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree for min in Telecommunication, Electro-Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related majors.

2. More than 3 years’ work experience in design/test/debug of optical transceiver/transponder, or optical communication system.

3. Familiar with optical test equipment. Ability to develop test solution and set up test station.

4. Ability to consolidate and analyze data.

5. Ability to implement experiments and root cause analysis.

6. Good communication skill, both in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities：

1. Support 4x28G ODB DWDM CFP module transfer project.

2. Work with design engineer during the product development, to develop test process and test systems that will be used to test the optical modules once released into production.

3. Troubleshoot in production line, analyze the root cause and improve the product yield.

4. Train ME or technician for production line, if needed.
