职位描述

工作职责:

? Management of multi-functional teams
管理多功能团队。

? Achieve Productivity targets year on year through the application of lean tools.
通过使用精益工具达成每年生产目标。

? Ensure consistent delivery of Safety targets through proactive application of; hazard spotting, near miss reporting and a disciplined approach to accident reporting and risk assessment.
通过运用风险识别报告等方式持续确保安全目标的达成,确保事故报告及风险评估严格按照原则进行。

? Deliver OPR, WIP and FTT targets repeatedly, using Work Group based activity to reduce downtime and strategic planning to overcome constraints in the system.
持续交付OPR, WIP及FTT目标,通过采用工作小组的方式减少机器停顿时间并有策略的计划系统控制。

? Quality – achieve FTT & Audit targets, lead multifunctional teams using the most appropriate problem solving methods such as Level 0, CCAR and 8D tools to achieve containment and ultimately address root cause of issues.
质量-达成FTT及AUDIT目标,领导多功能的团队,运用最适合的问题解决方式,如Level 0,CCAR及8D工具等来找到问题根源。

? Lead the Production team to deliver Standardised Work consistently.

? Achieve Scrap and Consumable budgets through clear Policy deployment and a disciplined approach to non-conformity process and Problem Solving.

? Create and apply SMART targets for the team via Policy Deployment and Personal Objectives.

1. Experience in Trim & Final Assembly Production as a Manager within the automotive industry.
