工作要求Job Requirements：
1. 5年以上汽车零部件喷漆线管理经验；
2. 熟悉自动喷涂线及其附属设施运作原理，以及工艺过程管控；
3. 具备较强的问题解决能力，尤其是擅长于喷漆制程不良分析及改善；
4. 具备英语听说写能力；
5. 能够带领团队对喷漆线进行自主性的维护和保养；
6. 具备带领团队进行持续改善的能力；
7. 具备很好的执行力。

工作职责及内容 Responsibilities：
1 负责DH 工厂喷涂车间日常生产计划执行和人员管理,保持设施的良好管理状态；
Be responsible for all the daily jobs，as the supporting to painting manager, into Painting business of DH plant, include but not limited into : people management (development)、production planning fulfillment, and the efforts to keep the good condition of facilities and equipments；
2 负责协助及配合质量工程师对质量问题的遏制、分析以及改善及标准化；
Be responsible for the efficient & effective containments plan & analysis & long term actions needed for all quality issues by the team work with QE；
3 负责要求下属认真执行设备开机点检及过程点检需要的内容；
Be responsible for leading the team execute the Production initiating check and process check as needed；
4 负责协助喷涂经理及工厂经理建立一个世界级的喷涂车间,包括但不限于优秀的OEE水平、优秀的5S水平、优秀的内部物流状态；
Be as the assistance of Painting manager & Plant manager for building up a state-of-the-art painting workshop， include but not limited into: great OEE level, great 5s level and logistic level；
5 负责协调喷涂产线的一切资源，支持喷涂线的节拍时间提升和质量改善；
Be responsible for CIP into Efficiency & quality, by the team work with all the resources available；
6 负责A.A.R样件制作协调；
Be responsible for the leading and coordination to provide A.A,R samples in line with the timing；
7 负责按照PD要求，配合上司实施并不断提升“标准化”工作；
Be as the assistance of Painting manager &Plant manager to keep increasing “working to standard” level；
8 提供资源，支持PM计划的实施和独立实施周期性的自主性维护；
Be as the assistance of Maintenance team to execute the PM and as the leader to fulfillment the Autonomous Maintenance as needed；
9 完成喷涂经理交待的其他工作；
Be available for all the related jobs from Painting manager；
