岗位职责
-带领团队完成全年OFFICE业绩指标
-发现和分析客户需求，以服务为导向增加原有业务稳定性和新利润来源
-提升团队服务意识和能力并协同供应商统一意识和全力配合
-锻炼和总结自身在某阶段时期或者某特定客户需求下，个人对销售策略和市场营销的实施
-严格执行和负责公司制定的HSE安全政策和工作QC体系

岗位要求
-本科及以上学历，管理类、物流类相关专业
-物流行业相关工作经验，有丰富的团队建设和三年以上管理工作经验，具有优秀的沟通、协调和组织管理能力
-与分供方及相关政府部门保持良好关系，很强的外联能力
-具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强，有较强的沟通、协调能力，有团队协作精神
-具有流利的英语沟通能力

COSCO VTG Tanktainer Co., Ltd. is a venture company of COSCO Shipping Logistics and VTG Tanktainer GmbH（Previously named "VOTG Tanktainer GmbH" and will be renamed "VTG Tanktainer GmbH" from Jan.1st,2016 in line with request of VTG Aktiengesellschaft) both side holding 50% shares. With a combination of strong strengths from COSCO Shipping Logistics Co., Ltd. and VTG Tanktainer GmbH, COSCO VTG provides integrated logistics solutions and high standard services to customers in liquid chemical , oil and bulk liquid food industry all over the world.
