岗位要求Job Requirment ：

1.质量专业5年以上工作经验，前期质量策划经验尤佳;5 years or more APQP quality experience;
2.汽车行业3年工作经验，一级供应商背景，注塑、喷漆、压铸行业背景优先;
Tier 1 Automotive background,molding/painting/casting industry preferred
3.性格开朗，善于沟通，团队协作精神，积极进取，有求知欲，有上进心，有职业规划;
Open minded,Teamwork,Active and with clear career development plan;
4.书面英语良好，口语良好; Good skills both of oral/written English
5.熟悉检具、量具、GD&T；Be farmiliar with Gages/Measurement device,with skills of GD&T.

职位职责Job Description：

1.新项目前期质量策划; Join in APQP process for advance quality control;
2.基于项目APQP timeline，开展相关质量工作，如：客户要求&客户企业标准识别、base on图纸进行检具、
测量治具规划、前期报价、制作控制计划、检规等文件、人员培训、喷漆AAR送样、外观标准制定、检验指导书制作、
客户PPAP提交、内部审核、客户审核陪同等任何与质量相关的工作;
Base on APQP Timeline to work on gages/AAR/WI/CP/PPAP documents/Audits/QE training/
cross fuction cooperation etc to make sure project launch smoothly.
3.Foreign PM &Local PM 及部门领导安排的其他任务; Work assigned by PM &Leaders.
4.项目上开发阶段的客户服务及客诉处理;Deal with Customer complaints during project launch.
