1. 男性，年龄25～45岁，中技及以上机械制造或机电一体化专业毕业。
2. 5年以上机械工厂工作经验， 其中至少3年从事检验或质量控制相关工作经验。
3. 家住松江新桥及其周边区域者优先考虑。
4. 能熟练使用各种机械加工和检验用技术测量量具，懂得游标卡尺、内、外径千分尺、粗糙度测量仪等量具的基本原理和正确的使用方法。
5. 懂得一定的机械加工工艺和表面防护处理的方法，有清晰的、明确的相关检验好坏的标准。
6. 机械识图能力强，懂得一定的机械设计知识，具有一定的简单机构设计能力，会熟练使用CAD绘图软件优先。
7. 懂得质量体系认证的基本知识和过程要求，从事或参与过ISO9000、ISO16949、 ISO14000、ISO18000体系认证，有ISO内审员证书者优先考虑。
8. 为人处世要本分诚实，工作要极度认真和负责，能正确处理与上下级的关系，会处理和协调好同事之间的关系，有团队合作精神。
9. 会英语优先考虑。
10. 有三年及以上外企相关工作经验者优先考虑。
11. 公司实行周末双休，加班按照国家规定。
