岗位描述：

常驻上海，主要负责江苏、浙江一带的产品检测

主要职责：
- 了解工具行业DIN和EN标准的最新要求
- 手动工具或者电动工具样品测试,提交样品测试报告
- 根据工厂要求和公司规定对公司产品进行全方位包括且不限于外观，功能，包装等质量检测
- 对照检测列表，记录产品质量问题，并负责对检验不合格品进行处理、控制、标识、反馈、要求改善并追踪改善效果
- 在公司规定期限内提交检测报告
- 收集行业质检标准，编制企业质检标准

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，机械工程或者电子类相关专业，男性优先；
2、1年或以上电动工具相关制造业生产或质检经验者优先；
3、熟悉各类外购品、外协品、成品之常见质量问题及检测方法，具有迅速排解生产工艺问题的能力；掌握业界常用质量控制、质量分析之工具及手法；
4、熟练操作word、excel等办公软件；
5、态度诚实、敬业、工作积极主动，有较强的责任心；能吃苦耐劳，具有团队精神；
6. 适应50%以上工作时间出差
7. 会英语，能够提交英语报告

Hand tools & electronic tools QC/QA engineer

About Job：

Based in Shanghai city, perform product quality inspection at factories around Jiangsu, Zhejiang province.

Main Responsibilities：

- Knowing the latest requirements of EN & DIN standard for tools industry；
- Conduct tool sample test both in company and in factory and provide sample test report；
- Conduct product quality inspection in field based on the industry requirements and the company standard including but not limited to visual and dimensional inspection, functional test and packaging check etc.
- Record product quality problems and make on-site coordination with factory for solutions and follow up；
- Prepare and submit inspection report within the timeframe required by the company;
- Collect tool industry quality control standard and help with company quality control standard setting.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- A high diploma or above in Mechanical engineering or electronic major relevant subjects
- Minimum 1 years working experience in electronic tools fields is preferable
- Familiar with AQL standard and good knowledge of safety and regulation standard
- familiar with word, excel etc. office software
- Honest, proactive, hard working and teamwork
- Travelling more than 50% of working time
- Good written and spoken English, summit report in English
