Seasonal
Sample shooting ---Sample sorting:sample list preparation: Prepare 1 set of PR Sample(Over 400 pieces), double check all the samples are right placed, and work on sample list, help to hand over samples(Total over 30 boxes) to production house.
---PR Shooting: Double check samples which are returned by AD Campaign shooting production house, and help to hand over the samples to studio for PR Shots shooting.
Daily Work
1、 Media request handling
--Media request handling
--Sample preparation
--Courier and recall
2、Product Seeding
--Select right size for KOLs, celebrities, MCS and Models, record all the seeding samples, and deliver them to seeding candidates
--Product seeding product logistic and internal flow
3、Media Sample Shooting
--Handle Media Samples request from PR team, help to choose required samples, making record and deliver to medias.
When samples return, need to check if there are any samples missing.
4、Sample Room Organising
--Hang out all the key pieces in sample room, organise returned samples back to sample room, organise seeding products and media gifts to keep sample room cliean and tidy.
5、Payment
--Handle payments from different vendors include stamp application form, payment application form, get stamp, scan, make record of every payment and send to GZ finance team.
6、Coupon record
--Update coupon record and finish express to KOL&media
7、Marketing campaign/PR event support
--Support Lee Day, Hot Spots Project and Road Show afterwards
