Account Director
Job Description
- Play as a trustful business partner and advisor to oversee strategy and business
development for the client;
- Lead & guide the development of key client relationship across the clients’
organization;
- Lead & guide the team to plan, implement and execute different kinds of
marketing, PR or promotion activities
- Take leading and grooming role in a mid-level team with at least 5 members;
- Motivate, coach and supervise the team to achieve the business goal and
ensure the quality of all deliverables;
- Responsible for company new business growth within reasonable extent.
QUALIFICATIONS
Job Experience & Qualities
- 5+ years of working experience of account management and/or management
level marketing, a minimum of 1 year in an agency environment, preferably a
combination of advertising, marketing, branding, business process, and
tech industry exposure;
- Demonstrated strategic or consultative approach to account management;
- Strong understanding of overall marketing strategy and integrated
communications especially event marketing and familiar with every aspects
of event planning and exection.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization, from project
manager to executive, while still introducing elements of fun and humor in the workplace;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities;
- Honest, hard-working,
- Must have sound financial management skills
Education
Bachelor Degree Plus
Skills (must-have)
- Keen attention to detail
- Good listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members,
coworkers, industry sources and clients
- Ability to manage & supervise several projects currently?
- A source of innovation, passion and creativity in strategic solutions
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other departments
- Proven proficiency in computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)?
- Competent English language skills - written, read & spoken
- Competent Mandarin language skills - read & spoken (written optional)?
- Adaptive presentation skills?
- Negotiation skills?
- Time management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to Business Development
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including proposal generation and crafting
of new service offerings
- Generate proposals, presentations, and pricing
- Seeks additional revenue opportunities by always being aware of scope
changes, upgrade opportunities within existing engagements, or new
opportunities with in a customer's organization
