职位描述：
1、有丰富的客户资源，开发潜在客户项目，挖掘与客户长期深度合作的商业机会
2、维护客户关系,与客户进行深度沟通，准确理解、把握客户需求；
3、为客户项目的策划及撰写提供专业有效的方案及报告；
4、带领团队运作项目的策划、提案、预算、报价与执行；
5、负责团队建设与管理，为团队成员提供业务培训与指导，确保团队的凝聚力和专业能力的不断提升；
6、熟悉各种活动的策划方法和执行流程，并具备独立策划大型活动项目的能力；
7、英文听、说、写能力较强；

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上资深市场公关工作经验；
2、良好的语言表达能力，逻辑思维清晰，可提供详细准确高质量的文案性工作；
3、具有4A广告公司管理经验，能充分协调市场部客户关系；
4、具有大型活动的策划、组织和项目管理能力；
5、具有奢侈品和时尚品牌活动经验者优先；
6、能适应较强的工作压力，能加班，有独立解决问题能力，良好的分析、组织技巧，极高的工
作热情，高度的职业道德精神及责任心。

Account Director
Job Description
- Play as a trustful business partner and advisor to oversee strategy and business
development for the client;
- Lead & guide the development of key client relationship across the clients’
organization;
- Lead & guide the team to plan, implement and execute different kinds of
marketing, PR or promotion activities
- Take leading and grooming role in a mid-level team with at least 5 members;
- Motivate, coach and supervise the team to achieve the business goal and
ensure the quality of all deliverables;
- Responsible for company new business growth within reasonable extent.

QUALIFICATIONS
Job Experience & Qualities
- 5+ years of working experience of account management and/or management
level marketing, a minimum of 1 year in an agency environment, preferably a
combination of advertising, marketing, branding, business process, and
tech industry exposure;
- Demonstrated strategic or consultative approach to account management;
- Strong understanding of overall marketing strategy and integrated
communications especially event marketing and familiar with every aspects
of event planning and exection.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization, from project
manager to executive, while still introducing elements of fun and humor in the workplace;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities;
- Honest, hard-working,
- Must have sound financial management skills

Education
Bachelor Degree Plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to Business Development
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including proposal generation and crafting
of new service offerings
- Generate proposals, presentations, and pricing
- Seeks additional revenue opportunities by always being aware of scope
changes, upgrade opportunities within existing engagements, or new
opportunities with in a customer's organization
