岗位职责：
1、 淘宝旺旺聊天工具接待客户，解答疑问，网上销售服务，促成交易。
2、 负责答复、跟进及反馈网上客户咨询，帮助客户查询跟踪物流情况。
3、 有责任心、耐心以及迅速准确的回答网上买家提问细心地解答客户的各种问题并提供相关销售提升客户购物体验，营造良好购物气氛。
4、 电脑水平熟练，熟悉淘宝销售及上架宝贝流程，熟悉淘宝后台和淘宝规则，具有客服岗位的工作经验或售后处理工作经验者优先。
5、 售后问题的介入处理，包括：查件、退换货、评价等，回访顾客、维护客户关系。

任职要求：
1、 熟悉淘宝、淘宝商城及支付宝操作流程，了解淘宝销售流程和各项规则，销售技巧熟练。
2、 能热情、主动、耐心的接待客户，具备良好的问题解决能力和一定客户服务技巧优先。
3、 有淘宝客服或售后经验者优先
4、 工作态度认真，有责任心，做事认真仔细，具有良好的语言沟通能力，性格温和、脾气好、有耐心、具有客户服务意识和销售技巧，不断学习淘宝和天猫各项新规则。
