职位描述
工作职责：
1、了解鲜花课程内容，制作课程流程；
2、学习相关鲜花类知识；
3、多渠道发展学员；
4、维护新老学员；
5、及时将获得的市场信息及学员动态心里进行反馈；
6、结合公司现有资源进行整合，发展多维度的课程内容。
7、有一定团队管理工作经验
工作要求：
1、高中及以上学历，市场营销、花卉园艺等专业优先；
2、善于思考和分析，能够敏锐察觉市场发展动态并及时做出销售方法的改进；
3、善于沟通，对目标客户进行有效筛选，能够准确抓住客户的需求点，并迅速反应；
4、对于花卉园艺行业感兴趣，愿意从事挑战性大的工作；
5、普通话标准，形象气质佳。
