岗位职责Job Responsibilities:

1、 客户服务Customer Service
为保证客户服务顺利进行，通过电话、信件及电子邮件提供客户服务；
Provide customer service by phone, correspondence and e-mail to ensure the smooth service;
为保证客户服务质量，在系统工具中记录要求及投诉；在系统工具中创建案例；处理投诉。
Record requirements and complaints &create cases &handle complaints in the system tool to ensure the quality of customer service;
2、行政工作 Admin Work
为保证事先授权顺利进行，将授权担保申请转给指定的员工；
Transfer the application of authorized warranty to the specified staff to ensure the smooth progress of prior authorization;
为保证付款顺利进行，跟进银行理赔款拒付；
Follow up the repudiation of claims payment of bank to ensure the smooth progress of the payment;
为保证档案管理规范化，管理理赔档案（指定员工）。
Manage claims file (specified employees)to ensure standardization of file management.
3、 上级主管分配的其他工作。
Other work assigned by Supervisors.

岗位要求Job Requirements:

1、大学本科以上学历，法语、英语、医学类等相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above，French, English, Medical Science and other related professionals;
2、有良好的客户服务意识，踏实肯干；
Good customer service awareness, practical and diligent;
3、法语及英语听说读写流利，熟练操作电脑。
Fluent French and English, proficiency in computer operation.
