岗位职责：
1. 收集、整理和分析业务需求，与业务部门确认需求；
2. 与第三方服务商沟通需求，参与产品和系统设计，独立或监督服务商编写应用系统需求说明和设计文档；
3. 制定项目计划，掌控项目进度，管理第三方服务；
4. 组织或独立进行UAT测试和系统上线，以及产品迭代；
5. 应用系统和数据库的日常维护；
6. 协助用户解决应用系统使用中遇到的问题。

岗位要求：
1． 本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年以上软件系统分析、3年左右系统开发及维护经验。有产品/项目管理经验更佳；
2． 具备较强的分析能力，擅于收集用户需求并进行详细的规划和说明；
3． 熟悉SQL Server或Oracle等数据库，掌握vb, .net 或J2EE等开发语言，有B/S架构应用软件开发经验更佳；
4． 良好的沟通能力和合作精神、工作主动性强、耐心细致、责任心强，具有吃苦耐劳精神。
