Reservations Manager

The Reservations Manager has the complete responsibility for the overall operation of the Front Desk, Reservations, Guest Services, Group inquiries, Guest Database. The Reservations Manager sets the example of the high standards expected from the company and must be able to solve complex problems relating to guest complaints or demands efficiently, tactfully and with respect to property policy.



Job duties:

- lead and supervise a team of hostesses and operators

- generate revenue by excelling in reservation’s control

- manage restaurant daily reservations

- arrange floor plan and maximize room capacity

- optimize the guests flux and command the service tempo

- ensure good communication and relation with guests

- ensure good and smooth internal communication

- handle large group bookings and events

- maintain guests database

- handle guest special demands and complains



Job Skills:

- Hard worker and passionate

- Nice overall grooming

- Must be able to work in any shift (day time and/or night time)

- Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership skills with good experience in developing your team

- Managing, motivating and training your team adequately

- Strong organizational skills with great attention to details

- Ability to work under pressure

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written are essential

- Computer skills are necessary to enter reservation information and make reports

- Excellent knowledge of Open Table System and computer skills

- Ambition to progress within a growing company



This Position requires a minimum of 3-5 years previous front office and management experience in a busy restaurant.
