1. Brandlabeling Supplier Quality management
- SAM audit for the supplier used by SSVF
- Phase in and push BL Quality checklist work out for new project
- PRR & DPMe improvement
- Supplier process audit
- Key supplier regular review
- Lead supplier quality issue with Team's competence improvement
2. Quality Tools training and coaching for BL supplier
- Training quality tools for supplier ( SPC, G8D, PPEP...)
- Lead key suppliers to use quality tools on quality improvement
- Dealing with quality issue with supplier efficiently and effectively with Team
3. Customer Satisfaction
- Drive Quality and Operation Team to implement proactive actions in customer side
- On site visiting customer for customer complaint
