. Timely and effective action (containment, short term and long term) for any raw material quality issue.

2. Take responsibility to work with purchasing, SQM and supplier on continuous improvement on quality level (Regular supplier performance review, G8D for NNCs and 6Sigma activities, etc…).

3. Support IQC inspector to improve the IQC inspection efficiency.

Material Quality Issue Handling
Take lead of trouble shooting for any raw material quality issue, work with schneider team and supplier to ensure quick analysis and corrective actions, follow up effectiveness of improvement/actions.
Supplier Quality Improvement Push supplier quality level continuous improvement with SQM, using methodologies like G8D and 6 Sigma activities…
Support on IQC Inspection
Define inspection instruction with TE and ensure the alignment of measurement between supplier and SSPA.
Support localization projects and SQM / PPEP program To be involved in localization projects and PPEP program to validate and ensure success of new part introduction during Mass Production.
Supplier Quality Performance Reporting
As owner of regular report and communicate with relevant function (CSQD, Purchasing, SQM, etc…) for the supplier’s performance and improvement plan.

Bachelor major in mechanical engineering or automation
1. More than 3 years’ Supplier Quality engineer background in manufacturing factory.
2. Be familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and basic quality tools.
Industry of mechanical Manufacturing
1. Trained or qualified as 6SIGMA GB or above will be preferred.
2. Fluent oral English.
3 To use skillfully the Office software
