1. Handle daily Freight Forwarding Operations as per company’s internal procedure. 按照公司的内部程序处理日常货运业务。

2. Communicate with Suppliers/Shipping Companies/Customers/Overseas offices effectively, providing good customer service and timely response to enquiries. 与供应商/船舶公司/客户/海外办事处有效沟通，及时响应查询及提供良好的客户服务。

3. Follow up shipments closely and keep related parties updated in timely manner及时跟进发货及相关信息的更新。

4. Be responsive and report problems to the Manage. 对问题及时响应及报告给管理部门。

5. Collecting/ Checking/ Dispatching of information and documents收集/检查/信息和文件调度。

6. Processing data progressively in the system在系统中进行相关数据分部处理。

7. Meeting deadline. 及时完成有时间限制的工作。

8. Additional tasks assigned by the Manage. 由经理分配的其他任务。

Job Requirements岗位要求

1. Fluently read, speak and write English (CET 6 or above). 流利地读，说，写英语（英语6级或以上）

2. Fluent read, speak and write French would be a great advantage. 掌握法语者优先。

3. Experience in Freight Forwarding would be a great advantage. 有货运经验者优先。

4. Good communication skills and able to work in a team. 良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神。

5. Good sense of responsibility. 较强的责任感。

6. Dynamic person. 工作主动。
