职位描述:
1、协助人事主管开展员工招聘、绩效考核、员工关系等人力资源业务工作；
2、执行人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程和各类规章制度的实施，配合其他业务部门工作；
3、独立完成所负责的人力资源各项工作；
4、完成主管领导及更高领导交办的工作。

要求：
1、大学专科以上学历，熟练使用OFFICE软件；
2、熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家各项劳动法规政策，并能实际操作运用；
3、具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强，有较强的沟通、协调能力，有团队协作精神。
4、有人力资源、行政工作经验者优先。
