工作职责：
1、参与公司制度的贯彻与实施。
2、参与召开的产品策划与实施，活动方案策划与实施。
3、小型活动方案和终端宣传方案制定。
4、策划方案实施和促销活动实施细则。
5、掌握总经理的日程安排，为总经理的日常接待做好预约和接待工作。
6、协助总经理进行公司企业文化，企业战略发展的规划，配合管理开展企业文化工作。

工作要求：
1、大专以上学历，优秀应届生即可。
2、知识面宽，知识结构较全面，具有行业或者管理经验者优先。
3、具有较高的综合素质，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识。
4、具备较强的组织协调，沟通，领导能力及出色的人际交往和社会活动能力以及敏锐的洞擦力。
5、良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠，品行端正，有较强的独立工作能力和公关能力。
