岗位职责
1、管理客服团队，保证客服团队高效运转并协调客服部门与其他部门高效配合；
2、负责制定客服部的各项制度，规范客服部的各项工作。负责对客户服务人员进行培训、激励、评价和考核；
3、负责制定客户服务标准及各项工作规范，并对客服人员进行指导、培训；
4、努力提高客户服务质量，加强对客服人员的职业道德和职业形象教育；
5、有效监督各岗服务工作，协调处理各突发事件，应激事件及投诉，帮助提高工作效率；
6、有效督导客服部部门主管工作的监督和指导；

任职要求
1、2年以上客服管理经验；
2、熟练操作Office等常用软件；
3、有相关工作经验优先；
4、具有优秀的领导能力、执行能力以及整合能力，擅于沟通和协调；
5、具有较强的创新意识、团队意识和敬业精神。
