工作职责：
1、监督仓库员工按照流程作业
2、负责所有客户审核的准备，确保所有操作符合规范。
3、监督仓库现场的管理，符合公司管理的要求。
4、与销售部门协调，确保商品的及时供应，确保库存不良品的及时处置。
4、维护、操作erp系统，确保及时、完整、正确的提供库存动态信息；
5、了解所存物资的质量现状，避免存货超储、短缺、毁坏等现象，确保库存物资安全；
6、提出连续改进方法和技巧，提高效率、降低成本；
7、本部门员工的工作绩效考评、奖惩及相关业务的指导和培训。

岗位要求：
1、3年以上物流仓储相关领域管理工作经验；
2、熟悉好事特，OA 系统操作。
3、能独立编写仓库各项作业文件及作业指导书。
