岗位职责：
1. 制定公司整体市场企划：广告、促销、宣传、推广活动等各项策略。
2. 负责各种招生渠道的开发与建设。
3. 负责收集、整理、分析各类同行业信息资料，建立信息资料库为中心领导决策提供决策依据。
4. 组织编制各种活动、促销方案执行，同时做好相关人员的培训工作。
5. 负责月度、季度及年度市场费用预算及目标市场费用预算及控制。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，2年以上市场销售工作经验
2. 可独立策划市场活动，具备较好的组织，协调能力
3. 有策划及参与社区、校园等户外市场活动经验
4. 出色的沟通能力和人际交往能力
5. 有亲和力和感染力,富有团队精神
