任职条件：
1、财务或审计专业大学专科及以上学历；
2、2年以上大型会计师事务所工作经验；
3、审计师职称,有注册会计师资格者优先；
4、优秀的文字功底，有一定的分析和撰写研究报告的能力；
5、具有较强的原则性，良好的职业操守、个人品质、严格的保密意识；
岗位描述：
1、进行项目前期的尽职调查、合规性审查、资产评估；
2、协助项目主管制定审计管理办法，建立健全审计稽查工作流程和体系；
3、根据部门工作计划和方案，对公司总部、各合资公司的经济活动和管理行为进行审计工作，并对发现的管理漏洞提出整改建议；
4、提交审计报告。
