工作职责：
1、协助总裁处理日常事务；
2、处理部门日常文件及档案；
3、协助总裁跟进与公司内部其他各部门的工作协调沟通；
4、协助总裁处理各类文字工作，解决人际关系处理日常事务，协助解决；
5、具有较强的语言表达能力、文字组织能力和公关协调能力，对企业行政管理、文档管理及公关礼仪知识有一定认识；
6、富有工作责任心、事业心和良好的职业道德，为人正直，作风正派；
7、能熟练使用office办公软件。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，形象气质佳；
2、善于沟通协调，思想素质良好， 思路清晰，办事仔细认真，性格开朗大方；
3、英文熟练者优先具一年以上相关职位工作经验。


工作时间：五天工作，朝九晚五。
