China Research and Intelligence Co., Ltd. (Abbr. CRI) invites applications for IPO consultant.
CRI provides industry research IPO projects. We need 5 IPO consultants now. Details:

Job Description
1. Conduct business due diligence for customer companies applying for IPO and investigate the leading companies in the same industry.
2. Analyze the status quo of the industry that the customer company belongs to, including macro environment, industry chain, competitors, development trend, etc.
3. Work with investment banks and fund management.

Requirements
1. Majors in Economy/Finance/Banking, undergraduate or above, better with experiences like industry research, investment management, advisor, financing consultant.
2. Capable of quantitive and qualitive analyzing, including information collecting and research report writing with clear logics.
3. Fascinating in industry research and investment management, with good communication skills.
4. English reading and writing ability
5. Adapting overtime and business trips.

Salary: base salary + bonus

This position aims at experienced ones, especially those used to work in security companies, private funds and investment management companies. Those with good relationships with the mentioned companies are preferred.
