Sales Associate (Shanghai office)

In the Sales Associate role you will be responsible for lead generation, maintenance of a prospect database, and local marketing support. You will work within the Sales team towards revenue generation goals and with support from the local Marketing function to implement a marketing plan towards meeting the goal of expanding the prospect and customer base.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead generation, setting up introduction meetings and developing a database of qualified leads through research, referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling, direct mail and networking.
? Assisting in implementation of the company marketing plan.
? Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, proposals, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
Qualifications

? 1 or 2+ years of experience in sales and sales leads generation within a professional services environment.
? Fluent in English and Mandarin.
? Basic knowledge of Market Intelligence or Industry Research.
? Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
? Proven customer communication and interaction skills.
? Good organizational skills.
? High comfort level with software programs, especially MS Office
