Title: Mechanical Engineer
Primary Objective:
Assure that from a mechanical standpoint allocated projects are designed on time, with good manufacturability and with good performance.

Major Responsibilities:
1. Support new concept development.
2. Perform evaluations of mechanical manufacturing technologies for automotive areas.
3. Communicate with customer to get correct design requirement.
4. Provide design feedback and proposals to customers.
5. Make detailed mechanical designs for customer and internal projects.
6. Prepare samples and arrange tests and evaluations for mechanical performance & reliability.
7. Prepare mechanical parts of project documentation.
8. In a proactive manner involve and resolve mechanical and other project issues.
9. Support production line setup and trouble shooting. Support and resolve design related production issues.

Job Specification:
Experience:
At least 2 years mechanical design experience. Experience from automotive field and for antenna design and manufacturing preferred.
Knowledge:
ISO9000, Product Creation Procedure, plastic and sheet metal design, basic knowledge of tooling, IS/ISO16949
Skills:
1. Able to work with diverse team members in China and overseas.
2. Able to multitask in a structured way.
3. High sense of responsibility and flexible to change project and business requirements.
4. ProE, Cartia
Qualifications:
University or Colleage degree majoring in Mechanical design. Able to read/write in English, basic spoken English.




Title: Mechanical Engineer
Major Responsibilities and Key Performance Indications:
1. Well communication with customer to figure out customer’s tech requirement;
2. Evaluate customers original input, provide counter proposal and negotiate with customer;
3. Make mechanical design for certain project;
4. Prepare ME sample, approval sheet, with PM/RF;
5. Work with RF/PM for all design documentation from ME side;
6. Proactively involve project activities for mechanical and general projects issue;
7. Proactively involve general department issue and provide training or other help for new comer;
8. Support production line for all design issue even after design release. Support production line for non-design issue per reporter’s arrangement.
Job Specification:
1. University or college degree major in Mech discipline;
2. At least 3 years Mech design experience in mass production industry is preferable;
3. ISO9000, Product Creation Procedure, plastic and sheet metal design, basic knowledge of Tooling;
4. Work with team member with different individual natural;
5. Arrange multi-task in meantime in a structure and professional way;
6. Good time management and skills in communication, negotiation, innovation, sense of responsibility;
7. Adjust way of work flexibly way in time manner, to adapt to changing situation(biz wise, or project, and team wise);
8. Read/written English, team work, constructive, proactive.
