Job Title : Industrialization Project Leader
Summarise the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the company:
To lead Industrialization phase for PMP OCP project
? To ensure the consistency and lead the industrialization of new PMP OCP projects (product cost, resourses and budget, quality, planning) for electric/electronic product
? To analyze the marketing inputs & check through simulations the feasibility of the project objectives
? To orient the product concept and technical choices towards the solution of meeting required quality, easy manufacturability, most competetive product cost & lead time, starting from the anticipation through PMP phases
? To define the global supply chain in collaboration with industrial strategy team, purchasing & logistics of distribution and estimate the product cost for the different options
? To manage the manufacturing process qualification in collaboration with Manufacturing in order to prepare a successful industrial transfer to the plant
To lead Industrialization Project in PMP platform
? To lead industrialization project according to SPS rule & PMP platform

PROFILE REQUIRED
1. Required skills & knowledge for the position:
Background in Electronic Distribution, Automation & Control Products
Knowledge in Electronic manufacturing Processes (PCBA & test , Assembly & Tooling
Technologies) .Financial background to propose the most economic manufacturing process & investment
2. Required Educational Background & Professional Experience:University degree in Electronic Engineering;Preferable 8 years (min. 5 yrs) industrial experience with 3 years Industrial project management experience
3. Languages: Fluent in Chinese & English. (French is an added advantage)
